Our Leadership

Pastor Joshua and his wife Kristin Rayos

Pastor Joshua is a graduate of Messenger Bible College, his degree focus was pastoral studies. He has a passion for preaching, teaching and studying the Word of God. His heart is to go and make disciples and equip the body of Christ.

Kristin graduated from Liberty University with a Biblical Counciling degree and is pursuing her masters in Couceling. Her heart is for restoration of the heart and soul through the Word of God.

Joshua and his wife have three beautiful children. They are new to Miami County and have found a love for the community. They love sports, being outdoors and meeting new people.

As a family, they look forward with expectant hope in serving MRC and the community here in Miami County.

Church government

Congregational lead: We believe the power and authority of God is transferred directly to every member of our church. It is the church members’ responsibility to ensure the church is following God’s design as defined in the Bible.

Church board with 6 members- that writes church policy and brings it to the congregation to vote on.

The Church is the body of Christ in the world, and our mission is to call people to faith and disciple them in their Christian walk

In unity, we will be faithful and energetic in our daily teaching, studying, and application of God’s word, making us vibrant stewards as we trust and obey his commands.

Faith Statement

Core Values:

We believe the Bible, including both the Old and New Testaments, to be verbally inspired, God breathed, authoritative and infallible word of God.
We believe in one God- the divine Trinity- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, externally existing, equal in essence and attributes: yet distinct in office and activity
We believe Jesus is God incarnate in human form. He is the second person in the trinity who, being born of the Virgin Mary, came to live among us, die for us, and was resurrected.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Godhead, who convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment and regenerates, leads, comforts, enlightens, and sanctifies believers and seals them unto the day of redemption.
We believe in salvation by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, apart from human works or ceremonies.
Marriage is a covenantal relationship between one biological man and one biological woman and is the only acceptable place for sexual intimacy.
We believe in the pre-tribulation and premillennial coming of the Lord Jesus Christ for His redeemed ones, and in His subsequent return to earth, with His saints, to establish His millennial kingdom.
We believe that man was made in the image of God.
